Itinerary

Day 1
Welcome to Cairo
  • Arrival: Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, our representative will be waiting to welcome you.
  • He will assist you through immigration and passport control, help with luggage collection and customs procedures.
  • You will then be transferred to your hotel for check-in and an overnight stay.
Day 2
Pyramids & National Museum of Egyptian Civilization
  • Breakfast: Enjoy a delicious breakfast served at your hotel.
  • Pyramids: Start your day by visiting the Pyramids of Giza. 
  • The only present-day survivors of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, they are among the world’s greatest tourist attractions and never lose their ability to inspire and overwhelm visitors.
  • Sphinx: Visit the mysterious Sphinx, an ancient figure shrouded in legend and mystery.
  • Your Egyptologist will enthral you with the tales told of this fascinating figure.
  • National Museum of Egyptian Civilization: Proceed to visit the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC) is in Fustat, the first Egyptian capital after the Arab Islamic conquest, so it was a logical choice for the museum site, as the area is located at the crossroads of Egyptian history.
  • The museum partially opened in 2017, and will display a collection of 50.000 artifacts, presenting Egyptian Civilization from prehistoric times to the present day.
  • The National Museum is also the House of the Royal Mummies.
  • Khan El Khalili Bazar: Later this afternoon, you will enjoy a stroll at the fascinating Khan El-Khalili Bazaar – reputed to be the largest bazaar in the Middle East.
  • Originally founded as a watering stop for caravanserai in the 14th century, the bazaar has now grown to vast proportions.
  • Return to your Hotel and overnight.
Day 3
Alexandria
  • Breakfast: Enjoy breakfast at your hotel.
  • Alexandria: Drive for about 3 hours to Alexandria in your private air-conditioned vehicle, enjoying the scenic route along the way.
  • Upon arrival, get ready to explore the historic Mediterranean city known for its rich heritage and beautiful coastline.
  • Alexandria National Museum: The national museum is located in a restored palace and contains about 1,800 artifacts that narrate the history of Alexandria throughout the ages, including the Pharaonic, Roman, Coptic and Islamic eras.
  • There are even some more modern pieces, including 19th century glassware, silverware, chinaware and precious jewels, which provide a sense of the richness of the court of Mohammed Ali and his descendants.
  • Mummies are shown in a special underground chamber (basement).
  • Also, some of the items found during the archaeological underwater excavations in Alexandria are now on the same floor as the Greco-Roman artifacts.
  • Catacombs: The Catacombs are the largest known Roman burial site in Egypt, consisting of three tiers of tombs and chambers cut into the rock to a depth of about 35 meters.
  • Constructed in the 2nd century AD, probably as a family crypt, they were later expanded to hold more than 300 individual tombs. 
  • There is even a banquet hall where grieving relatives paid their last respects with a funeral feast.
  • Alexandria Library: Visit the wonderful library is one of the most famous one’s around the world and it’s reviving the famous ancient library of Alexandria.
  • Qaitbay Citadel (Photo Stop): Perched on Alexandria’s Mediterranean coast, the 15th-century Qaitbay Citadel is one of Egypt’s most iconic landmarks.
  • Built by Sultan Al Ashraf Qaitbay on the site of the ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria, this fortress offers stunning panoramic sea views and represents a masterpiece of medieval military architecture.
  • Due to time constraints, you will enjoy a photo stop outside the citadel, capturing its impressive stone walls and the beautiful coastal scenery without entering the interior.
  • Transfer: Drive from Alexandria back to your Cairo hotel.
Day 4
Final Departure
  • Breakfast: Enjoy Breakfast at your hotel and check out.
  • Transfer: You will be transferred to Cairo International Airport, where our representative will assist you with boarding your international flight.
  • Depart with hearts full of unforgettable memories, the sights, sounds, and spirit of Egypt will travel home with you.
