Arrival in Tashkent and City Tour

Upon arrival at Tashkent International Airport, complete your Visa on Arrival formalities. Our friendly local representative will be waiting for you at the guest arrival area with a warm welcome.

Day 2
Chimgan Mountains and Charvak Water Reservoir

  • Greater Chimgan of the Chatkal Mountain range is located in the territory of the Ugam-Chatkal National Park, and it is in the Bostanlyk administrative district, Uzbekistan. The Chimgan village was settled 400–500 years ago in the mountain massive of dominant the Greater Chimgan peak, at an altitude of 1,620 m.Lake Charvak is a water reservoir in BoÊ»stonliq District in the northern part of Tashkent Region, Uzbekistan The reservoir was created by erecting a 168 m (551 ft) high stone dam (Charvak Hydropower Station) on the river Chirchiq, a short distance downstream from the confluence of Pskem, KoÊ»ksuv and Chatkal rivers in the western Tian Shan mountains, which provide the main volume of water. Currently the confluence cannot be seen and all three rivers discharge directly into Charvak. Overnight stay at Tashkent hotel.

General Terms & Policies
  • Flexible payment plans available in up to 4 instalments.
  • Airfare includes 20kg check-in baggage and 7 kg hand baggage.
  • Hotel check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
  • Visa on Arrival (VOA):6 Month passport and Emirates ID validity needed for selected nationals
  • If VOA is rejected or boarding is denied, the package is non-refundable and non transferable.
  • The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the package due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
  • Group airport pickup will wait up to 90 minutes after flight arrival. Guests delayed beyond this must arrange their own transfer to the hotel.
Hotel General Policy
  • Standard Check-in/out: 2:00 PM / 12:00 PM.
  • Breakfast: Served from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Early departures before this time are not eligible for a refund; a packed breakfast may be provided at the hotel's discretion.
  • Special Requests: All room preferences (connecting rooms, views, balconies) are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. We will communicate your requests to the hotel for their consideration.
  • Rooms are confirmed as standard / Economy category. Upgrades may be available for an additional cost, based on availability at check-in.
  • Breakfast will be Buffet basis with limited options for both Veg and Non
    vegetarian: Most of the hotels follow Continental breakfast.
Transport
  • Private, air-conditioned Mercedes Benz (or similar) for up to 16 pax; a minibus/coach for larger groups.
  • Vehicles are provided for point-to-point transfers only, not on a disposable basis.
  • The itinerary is fixed and cannot be changed unless required by the local operator due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Any changes may incur additional costs payable locally.
Baggage
  • Check your airline's specific baggage allowance. For Air Arabia, it is typically 10kg hand carry and 20kg check-in (1 piece each).
  • Use sturdy, wheeled luggage for convenience.
  • Keep your belongings secure at all times.
Packing
  • Clothing: Pack for Moderate temperature (24°C to 30°C ) with potential snow. Essential items
    include:
  • A warm jacket, comfortable clothes, a cap, and comfortable shoes.
  • Sunglasses to protect against glare.
  • Essentials: A multi-purpose power adapter, local currency, and credit/debit cards (note: cards may not be accepted in Russia).
  • Medicines: Carry only necessary prescription medicines with their documentation.

  • Pricing:
  • Quoted in AED/USD and subject to change due to fluctuations in exchange rates, taxes, hotel/flight availability, and travel dates.
  • Subject to surcharges during special events or local fairs.
  • Availability: All hotels, flights, and land services are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Payments: Full payment is required at least 25 days prior to arrival.
  • Amendments: This is a fixed group departure. Pick-up times, transfers, and tour dates cannot be amended.
  • Changes: The tour itinerary is subject to change due to local conditions (e.g., weather, traffic, government rules).
  • Refunds:
    o The package is non-refundable and non-changeable.
    o No refunds will be issued for any unused services (e.g., meals, sightseeing).
  • Liabilities: The company is not liable for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, or irregularity
    caused by factors beyond its control (e.g., weather, strikes, war). All such losses or expenses are to be
    borne by the passenger.
  • Hotel Deposit: Some hotels may require a refundable security deposit at check-in.

  • Supplier Terms primarily govern whether the activity can be canceled, rescheduled, or refunded. Holidayofferz will display these policies on the activity’s listing.
  • If allowed, You must request cancellation via the Platform or email. A certain cancellation fee or deadlines may apply (e.g., “No refund if canceled within 48 hours of activity date).
  • If the Supplier cancels for reasons like weather or operational issues, we will offer either a refund or an alternative date (depending on the Supplier’s policy and service availability).
