Will start from the very first ,
1) We came with this tours and travels they didnt gave us a tour co ordinator of local dubai they told us to use the app, then the Check in process in the hotel city max bur dubai was also not easy , they troubled us just of 30 aed as we didnt had money they didnt even consider our request of paying to them on the next day as we didnt had any AED currency.

2) The burj khalifa experience was decent but they never ever motivated us to explore the other attractions in dubai , the tour package was very basic.

3) Dhow Cruise was also ordinary we went on the ship named jack sparrow but the staff there was really rude and the dinner served was very ordinary.

4) Then we went for Desert Safari the experience was again very ordinary and average , the quad biking and else we could find was sort of a scam the more you bargain the better deal you fetch and also in the desert safari the dune drive was good but was just only for 15 mins and then the dinner surved was also very mediocre.
So before booking from this tour and travels just make sure you finalise the itenary properly !! That's why my rating is 2 star out of 5 !!
