Itinerary

Day 1
Arrival at Bali International Airport

Arrive at Bali International Airport and meet our driver for a private transfer to your hotel or villa. To give you enough time for visa, immigration, baggage, and customs, your driver will meet you 45–60 minutes after flight arrival.

Important Notes:

  • Waiting Time: Maximum 2 hrs 30 mins after flight arrival. Extra waiting beyond this will be charged directly to the driver.

  • Early/Late Arrivals: Pickups before 08:00 hrs or after 19:30 hrs will have additional night charges (please confirm with our sales team).

  • Itinerary Check: Cross-check your itinerary and next day’s pickup timings with the driver upon arrival.

Day 2
FD Nusa Penida West tour

Pickup from hotel 06:00–07:00 hrs, transfer to harbour for 08:00 fast boat to Nusa Penida. Full-day private tour includes Kelingking Beach, Angel Billabong, Broken Bay (viewpoints only, 20–30 mins each) and Bubu Beach for swimming/relaxation. Complimentary snorkelling at harbour if time permits.

Includes: Hotel ↔ harbour transfers (private), return fast boat (sharing), private car in Nusa Penida, sightseeing.

Notes: Retribution fee (IDR 25,000/adult, IDR 15,000/child) to be paid directly. Drivers have limited English. Carry swimwear, extra clothes, comfortable footwear, hat, sunscreen & camera. Tour may be shortened due to time/traffic; confirm timings with driver a day before.

Not Suitable For: Pregnant women, mobility issues, wheelchair users, pets.

Day 3
Bali Nature & Adventure Day

Pickup from hotel 08:00–09:00 hrs for a full-day Bali experience:

  • Kintamani – viewpoint of Lake & Mount Batur.

  • Coffee Plantation – coffee & spice tasting.

  • Tegalalang Rice Terrace – iconic lush green paddies.

  • Tegenungan Waterfall – natural beauty spot.

  • Bali Jungle Swing – unlimited swings (7 types) + 5 nests/photo spots + heaven gate.

  • Complimentary local lunch at the swing site.

Notes:

  • Children <5 yrs: lunch only provided.

  • Children 5–9 yrs: require parental approval & must swing with parents.

  • Cross-check pickup time with driver.

Not Suitable For: pregnant women, people with mobility/medical issues, elderly above 70 yrs, pets.
Not Allowed: alcohol, drugs, wheelchairs.

What to Bring: comfortable footwear, change of clothes, sunglasses, sunscreen, hat & camera.

Day 4
Activity day

Pickup from hotel 09:00–10:30 hrs, then head to Benoa Beach for exciting water sports:

  • Banana Boat (5 mins)

  • Jet Ski (5 mins)

  • Couple Parasailing (3 mins fly time)

Optional extra activities available on direct payment. Afterward, visit Padang Padang Beach with its crystal-clear waters and limestone cave entrance, followed by Uluwatu Temple to enjoy the stunning sunset views. Return transfer to hotel provided.

Notes:

  • To enjoy the sunset, arrival at Uluwatu should be before 16:00 hrs.

  • Carry a spare set of clothes for changing after water sports.

  • Children <9 yrs: water sports not included.

  • Children 9–12 yrs: can join but must be accompanied by parents.

Not Suitable For: pregnant women, people with high blood pressure, heart disease, or mobility issues.
Not Allowed: wheelchair users.

Day 5
Leisure Day

Day free for leisure. You can enjoy the hotel/ Villa amenities, also you can opt for optional tours in Bali, after discussion with your travel agent or our Bali team, or your driver.

Inclusions
  • Accommodation: Stay in the mentioned hotel (only if booked with us).
  • Meals: Daily breakfast at the hotel (from Day 2) + meals as per itinerary.
  • Transportation: Private A/C vehicle for tours & transfers as per itinerary:
  • 1–4 pax: SUV (Avanza / Xenia / similar)
  • 5–6 pax: SUV + luggage van (for airport & inter-hotel transfers)
  • 7–12 pax: Small Isuzu Elf / similar + luggage van (for airport & inter-hotel transfers)
  • Complimentary: 2 water bottles (600 ml) per adult per day on Bali mainland tours (not provided during island tours like Nusa Penida/Lembongan).
  • Airport transfers: Private transfers as per itinerary.
  • Sightseeing: All tours & transfers as per itinerary in private A/C vehicle.
  • Driver: Basic English-speaking driver for Bali mainland tours. (Note: Drivers in remote islands like Nusa Penida/Lembongan/Ceningan may have limited English – use Google Translate if needed.)
  • Charges included: Entrance fees, local taxes, donations, parking & tolls (except where local government requires guests to pay directly, as already mentioned in the itinerary).
