- Resident visa holders need to submit a passport copy and visa copy at least 72 hours before the tour.
- Tourists can submit a passport copy along with the visa page no later than 24 hours before the travel date, allowing us to process the Border Pass. DO NOT FORGET:
- Remember to bring your original passport and Emirates ID.
- Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited throughout the entire tour and transfer.
- Bring extra set of clothes for water activities.
- Please respect the schedule and pick-up time to avoid delays.
