Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to our team
Refunds are processed based on the number of days prior to departure:
- 30+ days before departure — full refund minus processing fee
- 15–29 days — 50% of tour cost retained
- 0–14 days — no refund applicable
No refunds for unused services, missed sightseeing, or early departures
In case of Force Majeure (weather, strikes, government restrictions), alternate arrangements will be made with no monetary refund
