Itinerary

Day 1
Arrival at Salalah International Airport

Upon arrival, you’ll be warmly welcomed by our local representative outside the airport. Look out for a friendly face holding a placard with your name

Meet & Greet Assistance

Our team will assist you with your luggage and provide a comfortable private transfer to your hotel, offering glimpses of Salalah’s charming coastline and scenic mountain backdrops along the way. 

Hotel Check-in 

Arrive at the Samharam Resort, nestled along the Arabian Sea. Enjoy a smooth check-in process and some time to relax after your journey. 

Overnight Stay

Settle in and unwind at the resort, preparing for the exciting days of exploration and discovery ahead in this unique region of Oman.

Day 2
Cultural Treasures Natural Wonders of Salalah
  • 8:30 AM visit The Museum of the Frankincense Land at Al Balid Archaeological Park (UNESCO site), showcasing the history of the frankincense trail and Oman’s maritime trade with detailed ship replicas.
  • View the Official Palace of His Majesty the Sultan (Al Husn Palace) from outside.
  • Stroll through the old Haffah Souk, famous for high-quality frankincense and traditional Dhofari souvenirs.
  • Drive to Wadi Darbat for a relaxing walk along the wadi bed, surrounded by camels, goats, and cattle; during Khareef season, witness a nearly 100m waterfall feeding into lakes and lush greenery.
  • Visit the ancient ruins of Sumharam (Khor Rori), an important Hadramawt Kingdom outpost on the incense trade route and a UNESCO World Heri-tage site.
  • Return to Haffah Souk for shopping incense, clay burners, and local crafts before continuing to East Salalah.
  • Return to the hotel in the late afternoon.
  • Overnight stay at Samharam Resort.
Day 3
West Salalah Wonders Farewell Journey
  • Breakfast at the hotel and check-out
  • Drive to West Salalah, enjoying scenic views with herds of camels and
    cattle along a winding steep road
  • Visit the ancient tomb of Prophet Job located in the green mountains of Salalah Plains and learn about his legendary story
  • Proceed to Mughsail Beach, known for its white sand, deep blue ocean, and dramatic blowholes at high tide
  • Drive along the hairpin-bend road toward Oman’s western border, flanked by breathtaking cliffs
  • See frankincense trees growing naturally in valleys of the dry, rugged
    countryside
  • Take a short walk in the valleys to experience the scent of the “holy
    incense” amid scenic views
  • Photo stop at Mughsail Lagoon, home to migratory birds and occasional flamingos
  • Transfer to Salalah Airport for your departure flight
